Anthroposophic Medicine
Anthroposophic Medicine is a Western system of Integrative Medicine developed through the work of Rudolf Steiner, PhD and Ita Wegman, MD in the early 20th Century. Much better known in Europe, Anthroposophic Medicine extends conventional medicine through the integration of natural medicines, therapeutic massage, movement therapy (Eurythmy), artistic therapies, and meditation practices. Most significant is its spiritual view of the human being, and its acknowledgement of the profound interrelationship between the human being, nature, and cosmos.
